By using the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to this Policy. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp number) and delivery and billing address, when you create an account or place an order.
• Order details and your communications with us (for example, support messages and cancellation requests).
• Refund details you choose to share, such as UPI ID or bank account details, so that we can send you a refund.

Information from your Google account

We let you sign in using your Google account. When you do, Google shares basic profile information with us, such as your name, email address and profile picture, according to the permissions you approve. We do not receive your Google password.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in, remember your cart and keep the Website secure.

Payment information

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV, net banking credentials or UPI PIN. For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment details are collected by us in advance.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and process, ship and deliver your orders.
• To process cancellations, returns and refunds.
• To contact you about your order, including by email, SMS, call or WhatsApp.
• To send newsletters and promotional messages on WhatsApp, only if you have opted in.

4. Consent and your choices

We process your personal data based on your consent and, where the law allows, for legitimate uses such as fulfilling your order and meeting legal obligations. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and it may mean we can no longer fulfil an order or provide an account.

WhatsApp newsletters. You will receive our WhatsApp newsletter only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or by messaging us, and we will stop sending promotional messages. Order-related messages (such as dispatch and delivery updates) may continue.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• Courier and logistics partners, to pick up, deliver and handle returns of your orders. They receive your name, address and phone number.
• Payment gateway providers, to process online payments and refunds. Our payment gateway provider will be named here once finalised and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.
• Google, for account sign-in.
• WhatsApp (Meta), to send you messages you have opted in to or order updates.
• Professional advisers, auditors and authorities, where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

These providers may process data on servers located outside India. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Website to function, such as for login sessions and the shopping cart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Website may not work properly if you do.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order, invoice and payment records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting laws. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable security practices to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials safe.
